Review of Extract (2009) by Raji K — 30 Oct 2014
Small business owner Joel (Jason Bateman), is about to be a multi-millionaire when he finds out General Mills is ready to buy out his company. A freak accident, and a handful of drugs, he finds his world upside down and everyone out to get him.
Extract is almost as if Mike Judge was writing an episode of Curb Your Own Enthusiasm. Extract was a solid enough movie, but doesn't really connect as comedy especially in comparison to Office Space and Idiocracy.
