Review of Experimenter (2015) by Randy Y — 19 Apr 2016
A pretty mild drama about Stanley Milgram that may only appeal to us social psychology nerds. Nicely encapsulates his obedience experiment and how it colored everything he did after. Feel of the movie seems to drift between slick/smart movie (w jumping timeline, etc), and a tv documentary feel where the character is talking into the camera and filling you in with facts.
Given the lack of activity in the movie, the film did seem to develop Milgram's character quite well.
