Stein expertly constructs the case for why the chilling constriction of academic freedom for proponents of Intelligent Design has the potential to undermine all of our freedoms, in a culture that places so much weight on science as the almost sole arbiter of truth and meaning.

I was unexpectedly moved by the scenes of Nazi Germany and the frightening link Stein demonstrates between unfettered Darwinism and the Holocaust. Whether or not you put faith in evolution, this movie should lead you to recognize the danger of those who refuse to even listen to those who disagree.
