Review of Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed (2008) by Edgar C — 13 Dec 2008
WOW. This movie literally shows an intellectual wall between two goups. One is extremist, and the other one is rational. One believes in God, and the other one does not. Did you make the relation? Sure, it pertains to very specific people, about a very general subject.
But everything shown is incredible. Doesn't really bash any specific ideology (except for fundamentalist Darwinism, but that's the whole point), and really explores every side of the discussion.
This movie is genius and even moving. Leaves you thinking, and, if you're an atheist, tells you how 'ok' it is to say that "what you think is God, may not be God to me... but that doesn't mean you're wrong".
I liked the ownage in the last interview, where the most god-hating person ever interectly admitted how much he believes in God... aliens, lol. And they call us crazy... well, the crystals always held the answer.
;).
