It's a well-made "documentary", but it grossly misrepresents the real facts, even going so far as to just lie about some things. The juxtaposition of images of the Berlin Wall with scientists is flat out disgusting.
While most documentaries are made with biased intent, this one qualifies as propaganda because of it's overtly emotion-based methods and, as stated before, gross misrepresentation of the facts.
