Review of Exotica (1994) by Doug F — 11 Mar 2010
For about the first half of the movie I was completely uninterested and it just looked like a sleazy, low budget, Canadian bore, but once the plot started to unravel, suddenly I found myself interested.
I think it purposefully makes the first impressions misleading. I think the dramatic arc is created from its structure. Fascinating.
