Review of Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977) by Caleb L — 22 Aug 2007
Brilliantly photographed, with a superb score by Ennio Morricone and a bizarre sense of dream logic. Far from a perfect film - heck, it's far from a great film - but it's still one of the biggest inspirations to me in a strange way; even the nonsensical dialogue and twisted plot have a certain charm that make this one a wacko spellbinder I will always have a special place in my heart for.
