Review of Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977) by Kyle K — 25 Oct 2010
Certainly not a great film, especially when compared to the first one, but not a bad one either. Powerful imagery, in particular the Africa sequences have a dreamlike intensity. Even when Boorman is tripping over himself, it's interesting (see: Zardoz).
