Review of Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014) by Christopher H — 25 Mar 2015

The film looked good, Christian Bale and the actor who played Ramses were both sympathetic, and now that there is the technology to represent the plagues that was marginally interesting, but everything else about it was dull.

They could have kept some parts of this version, but I would rather have seen a straight-up remake of the 1956 version.
