Graffiti is an Art, but the act of painting them is not an art form.
This is a documentary in which we can't trust that anything in it is true, and yet you would never call it a hoax. It might be an indictment of the gullibility of the art world, and the difference between selling art for huge amounts of money. But as Banksy's London dealer says: "I don't know who the joke is on; I don't even know if there is a joke.".
