Review of Exiled (2006) by Tristan D — 05 Jul 2008
Not even sure I understood everything that was going on (bad subtitles?), but this is such a gorgeous, weird, existential gangster movie that I didn't really care about the fractured narrative. Just when you think you know where it's going, it flanges off in some other shocking direction.
And you end up really feeling for these hitmen, quite an accomplishment. A true original.
