Review of Excalibur (1981) by Eve A — 15 Mar 2013
A solid gritty version of the Arthur story even with its messy editing, uncomfortable dialogue, and pacing where decades of time pass in the blink of an eye. The film might have tried to take on too much for its own good.
It does however, have many good moments of might and majesty I feel.
