Like one of those riddles you get asked whose whole purpose is to make you think the answer is so much more complicated than the question, only its an hour and a half long. After 85 minutes of straw men beating on each other the whole thing reaches the level of some sort of unrewarding postmodern farce.
Still, the director did a lot with his small budget, its just in a closed environment like the one in Exam its the characters (and the conclusion) that carry most of the weight, and they don't.
