Review of Ex Machina (2015) by Robert D — 04 Jan 2016
Ex Machina is a slow paced movie that takes it's time with each scene. Some sequences are a bit to drawn out, but the AI was so fascinating in each shot. Since this movie is a slow burner, you are left predicting what will happen in the end.
During that time you could most likely predict what would happen, and if they went a more complex way in the end, it would have been better. Each actor was absorbing and Alicia Vikander had me completely sold that she was a robot.
Most of the dialogue was interesting and every other aspect was just as good.
