Review of Ex Machina (2015) by Sean D — 11 Jan 2016

I was astounded that a movie this good could have gotten so little advertising and press. I thought the effects were first rate. The ideas and plot were believable enough and incredibly thought provoking.

The acting was quite good and the twists were brilliantly conceived. I recommended to my adult son, who felt exactly as I do. My wife however felt sort of "eh" about it. So, if you have ever heard of the Turing Test, you will love this movie.

If that means nothing to you, go watch a stupid Star Wars cookie cutter classic.
