Review of Ewoks: The Battle for Endor (1985) by Stephen V — 17 Aug 2007
Star Wars movies are always awesome... except those first two prequels... those were lame.
Anyhow, nobody really seems to know the Ewoks movies existed. It's sort of like Star Wars for little kids. Except in the first ten minutes the little girl, who is the hero, has her whole family slaughtered by alien imperialist goons.
At any rate, she gets together with some dude that looks like Santa and his pet Chinchilla on crack, and the Ewoks to form the cutest and fuzziest national liberation front seen to far. They end up defeating the bad guys, of course, and living happily ever after...
I remember watching this at sleepovers when I was like 6. Good times.
