Review of Ewoks: The Battle for Endor (1985) by Jakob B — 17 Mar 2010
This is the sequel to the first Ewoks movie. They were made for television and you can tell from the production. But it was still quite good since it came from Lucas Arts. The story picks up after the first film.
The Ewok village is attacked by some Raiders and captures and kills many of the Ewoks and the human family. Only Wicket and the little girl escape and must resuce the Ewoks and stop the Raiders with the help of a old hermit.
The hermit is played by Wilford Brimley. This movie is made more for kids. But I still enjoy this off shoot from the Star Wars series. Kind of campy in parts. But still worth a watch for kids and the family to watch.
Plus for any Star Wars fan should give this a watch.
