Review of Evita (1996) by Deric E — 12 Jan 2009
Madonna's performance is strong, starting off shaky but becoming better and better as the movie progresses, and Antonio Banderas has a superb voice while providing some comic relief. Overall, a film that made a better impression days after I've watched it.
Works better as fragments than a whole movie too.
