Loosely based on the killings committed by Andrei Chikatilo, one of the most prolific serial killers in history. Malcolm McDowell steals every single scene as Andrei "Evilenko", spouting psychobabble, butchering and eating women and children, and coping with the never-ending struggle to acheive an erection.
Can't we all relate to that??
Oh, and he makes Anthony Hopkins in "Silence of the Lambs" look like Mr. Rogers.
