Evil Dead 2 is fun and very entertaining, but it abandons the horror genre for a violent slapstick comedy theme, which I wouldn't really say it's a bad thing, it's just that I would prefer more horror.
The film suffers from odd-pacing, a very short run time and not being as fun as the first, though it is still quite an enjoyable film.
