Review of Everything Must Go (2011) by Christopher C — 06 Nov 2011

Will Ferrell is toned down from his usual characters. I kept expecting him to break out and do something zany, but that moment never came. Instead the movie slowly moves along and tells the story of this guy who has been dumped by his wife with all of his stuff being left on the front lawn.

Despite expecting something more, I enjoyed watching his character, who is nearly at rock bottom at the beginning of the moive, sink a little bit lower and lower until he finally slowly start his climb back out again.
