Review of Everything Must Go (2011) by Monjit B — 04 Mar 2012
Completely different than what I expected out of a Will Ferrel movie. Instead of a hillarious, raunchy comedy Will Ferrel usually makes, I ended up seeing a sad, dramatic and touching story about a man who loses everything and tries to get on with his life.
This was Will Ferrel's best performance as an actor and not as a comedian, a performance worthy of an Academy Award nomination. I think this is the first time I cry watching a Will Ferrel movie, but not from laughter.
This was a great movie and I'm happy that I have been able to see it.
