I think Will Ferrell is one of the few comedians who can actually pull off real acting in a serious yet comical film. His role sorta reminded me of the character he played in Stranger Than Fiction. He was pretty good in this.
You definitely fall in love with his character in this movie. The movie does drag on a bit but at the same time it helps build the story.
