Does anyone remember the Cantonese movie Kung Fu hustle? Suppose this movie is his child. It not only mixes action and comedy, but also the resource of multiple universes, now exploited in the superhero genre.
The Final Sum is a bewildering movie and can be fun as long as you don't take it too seriously.
