Review of Everybody Wants to Be Italian (2007) by S V — 29 Apr 2010

I absolutely loved this movie and can't understand why the reviews are so bad. It was light hearted and funny, and I found all of the characters to be very charismatic and likable. The plot made sense, had no gaping holes, and overall lacked the overwhelming sentimental cheese that usually accompanies romantic comedies.

Yes, there were some aspects of the movie that were "unrealistic" or somewhat ridiculous, but I thought that was the overall point? Bottom line: I've recommended it to all my girlfriends and would definitely watch it again.
