Review of Every Which Way but Loose (1978) by David P — 10 Jun 2007
Clint and Clyde what a combo.
Sharkey's Machine and Every Which Way But Loose came about by a joke between Clint Eastwood and Burt Reynolds.
When Clint send Reynolds a telegram that he was going to start making comedies, Reynolds old turf, Reynolds response was "Then i'll do more action films.".
The comedy in question is Every... It stars Clint Eastwood as a bare knuckle fighter who lives with Clyde an orangutan. They make there way across the country fighting for money and love. This is a real genuine movie, played for laughs and never takes it self to seriously. Watch as Eastwood kicks ass, and swings from a chandiler to woo his woman. LOL good fun for the whole family.
