Review of Every Day (2018) by Parker R — 05 Mar 2018
The premise is so lovely that it eases the film's flaws. Performance by the lead actress was also deeply endearing and absolutely convincing that she loved A in his/her many forms. I wish they'd make a more complex sequel, one that would deepen A's character, change up the rules, and go further to confront issues such as weight or height or age or class prejudice: all those reasons society finds to label others' love as strange or inappropriate or invalid.
