A bit of Kill Bill meets The Raid seems to be what Joe Lynch is going for here. Everly doesn't quite make it, but is an interesting and entertaining watch at times. Everly's motivation to protect her family ups the ante, but occasionally crosses into poor taste.
Salma Hayek delivers a strong performance and, fo course, looks amazing. Script and plotting is a little weak at times . Worth a watch.
