This movie has one foot firmly cemented in b-movie / grindhouse movie territory and in theory should be very bad. The majority of the reviews would certainly suggest so. It's ultra violent, exploitative and is littered with some naff dialogue but it is also relentlessly entertaining.
It's a very decent claustrophobic action film and it's also very very funny. I think it may also be my new favourite Christmas movie (sorry Die Hard!).
