Review of Everest (2015) by Ryan C — 07 Jul 2016

Boasting phenomenal cinematography and a stellar cast, "Everest" fails to give the heart-clenching fears one would imagine climbing Mount Everest. Based on true events, although I've read that it is very different, the story takes awhile to develop and then it becomes a wild tale of survival. And as the mountain and mother nature starts to pick off the climbers one-by-one, it's often not as compelling as you would believe it to be.

"Everest" still managed to confirm in my mind that mountain climbing is not a hobby for me.
