First off, I am a big fan of the book Into Thin Air. I was skeptical when I heard there would be a movie version. There is just so much going on, I didn't think it would translate well into a two hour movie.

I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a superbly made movie. I saw it in 3D and it really helped to expand the scope of the film. Definitely one to see on the big screen.
