Everest: If you want to see what attempting to scale Mt. Everest is like, then this is a must see. If you are interested in the true story of the ill-fated 1996 expedition upon which this film is based, you will be disappointed.
Despite some predictably poignant moments, the flimsy story could have used heaps more character development to make use of its vastly underutilized, all star cast. B-.
