Review of EverAfter (1998) by Undisclosed U — 13 Nov 2009
One of my favorites. Barrymore and Scott rule the screen. This has a mild feminist approach with Barrymore's character and she pulls it off brilliantly. It's not over the top, nor in your face.
It destroys the old fashioned approach of women fainting in movies at the drop of a hat. The movie is witty, clever and could very well be an improvement from the original story itself.
