Plot/Summary.
In a re-telling of one of our most beloved tales, a resourceful young woman must overcome the schemes of her evil stepmother to be with the one she loves -- the Prince of France -- who has fallen for her beauty and intelligence. With the ingenuity of Leonardo Di Vinci and the strength of love, the young woman realizes that the Cinderella stories can come true.
MY Review.
Ever After, has to be one of my all time favs of Drew Barrymore. This is a lovely take on the tale of Cinderella..with Drew playing the lead. Anjelica Houston plays a perfect wicked step mother looking to make the best for her and her children even if that means getting the lovely Cinderella out of the picture all together. Beautiful film that you will all enjoy.
