Yeah, so "monsters in space" has already been covered in "Aliens"...so what? This film makes the threat so much more visceral in the sense that the darkness of your soul becomes the purveyor of your own grisly demise.
The message in Latin, "Save yourself from hell" while creepy is incorrect. Even so, once the crew lands on the infamous, "Event Horizon" the darkness swallows everything righteous including your own soul.
Who could have guessed the "gateway to hell" lies within the confines of a "black-hole". Nevertheless, take caution: you will be the architect of your own downfall into hell...
