Review of Evening (2007) by Ting C — 07 Jan 2009
A (mostly) stellar cast and one of America's strongest authors as the scriptwriter don't save this movie from being a relatively bearable put still far too banal and obvious drama. The film has some great scenes, but it stumbles time after time on embarrassingly sentimental and corny ones.
Too bad. This one could have really been a winner with some rather minor adjustments.
