Review of Even Money (2007) by Bryan J — 18 Sep 2007
This one was a pretty decent movie. I appreciate what Rydell and co. were trying to do here, and it certainly makes you think about the descructive path that gambling can become. Unforunately, the plot struggles to be cohesive, and the actors don't seem particularly convincing or passionate about the characters they are portraying.
Those complaints aside, it does make for a solid rent at least.
