There are so many things wrong with this movie. -characters are suddenly ok with Shinji being around even though he basically almost ended all life on earth, like you'd think the remaining population would hate him for this(you know like in the movie that came before this one)but I guess no one behaves like a human in this movie or so its ok.
-3d animated fight scenes just don't look good and I'm tired of everyone pretending that they do in this film, the effects have come a long way but we all know they pale in comparison to the 2d stuff. -The scene where gendo gets his own EVA is probably the dumbest scene in the entire series, it flies directly in opposition with his character and was just there to appeal to morons that need a big dumb robot fight.
