Review of Evan Almighty (2007) by Kathys — 23 Jun 2007
There were a couple of scenes where I laughed so hard that there were tears rolling down my cheeks, and that does not usually happen to me. I expected the movie to be a little too "adorable" for my tastes, but it wasn't overly icky-sweet.
Steve Carell is a very talented comic actor. In another actor's hands, this part might not have worked, but Carell hits all the right notes.
