Review of Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020) by Criticodubioso — 30 Jun 2020
I'm not a Eurovision Song Contest fan but this movie pleasantly surprised me. I went into thinking it was another sappy chick flick or a terrible Will Ferrel vehicle. Will Ferrel was the weakest part of the main cast imho but Rachel McAdams and Pierce Brosnan really help carry the movie to it's semi-predictable conclusion.
Some physical comedy, laughs and tears to be had along the way. This movie had heart, awesome songs and extras who looked like famous personalities (i had fun trying to figure out whether they were cameos or lookalikes).
