Fifty naked Czech penises portrayed as fifty naked French penises. Matt Damon pierced as a punk-rocker. Lucy Lawless as a Dutch dominatrix. Four little known hotties in the starring roles.

British soccer hooligans who behave like all hooligans I've met--they try to beat you up until you outwit them and then drink with them. And then they love you...but they're not gay...no...no...no.

Topless girls selling orange juice on television.

A gas-powered, three-headed dildo machine.

A Slovak taking a "bitch bath" as we referred to it in the Army.

Pot brownies in Amsterdam that make you high but don't have any pot in them.

Opening the wrong door in a palace and discovering things you weren't meant to see. (The Queen of England still hates me I'm sure!).

Hooligans coming to the rescue to protect you from the police.

Creepy Italian guy using Europe's cramped quarters and dark tunnels to grope young men.

Sex in inappropriate places that seems to inspire others somehow.

Accidentally donned costume that leads to mistaken identity.

Change some of the characters' names and this could be my biography!

This is mindless entertainment with a cute story line that kept me laughing. I am not a fan of teen comedy, fart jokes, or excessive f-bomb scripting. That's not what this is. This is silly, cute and fun with a musical theme that I'm still humming..."Scotty doesn't know!".

And did I say Matt Damon????

PS--I'd vote for Scott Mechlowicz over Zac Effron!
