Review of EuroTrip (2004) by Mehboob K — 03 Sep 2009
There are many dangers in watching late night television. One of the dangers is that you'll find nothing worth watching. A greater danger is that you'll watch something not worth watching.
While I only saw about the last 1/3 of this movie, I feel pretty safe (and justified) in going ahead and (briefly) reviewing it. A pretty typical and predictable teen-summer-road-trip type of movie. I'm sure there were probably plenty of naughty bits that the USA movie channel or whatever station I watched it on edited out. What remained was pretty inane and pointless. Characters are stereotype placed in predictably outrageous situations. There's good looking girls and a variety of stereotypical guys, namely the nerd, the goof, and the genuinely nice guy. As with most movies of this type, viewers are there for the eye-candy rather than the plot or character development.
The moral of this story is to just go to bed late at night instead of cruising the tube in search of worthwhile viewing!
