Review of EuroTrip (2004) by Luke B — 13 Nov 2013

In the tradition (a fine one, in my view) of films made for and marketed to horny adolescents with a sense of humour this film deals with the adventures had by a teenager from Ohio flying to Europe to meet his sexy German pen pal.

There's tons of jokes at the expense of British football fans, Italian Casanovas, and the Pope among others but the film mainly takes aim at Americans and their prejudices. Pretty much everyone's a stereotype in this film but it engages in equal opportunity offensiveness with merely the intention of getting the audience to laugh.
