I found it extremely boring and the crew extremely stupid for making stupid decisions. the extreme narrowness of the crew's specialties struck me as idiotic. rationally, if you're going to send a crew of six out in space where they will be totally out of immediate help, you should send a crew of multidisciplinary scientists, not extreme specialists.
they sent only one engineer, so if the engineer died, then no one else was capable of fixing equipment. the whole thing was freaking stupid. there was only one pilot. if the pilot died, no one could fly the ship.
it was better to send a crew that were well versed in multiple fields than a crew with members knowing only one field of science. the redundancy must be such that the loss of one crew member does not spell doom for the entire mission.
