Review of Europa Report (2013) by Nathan M — 11 Nov 2013

A film that strives for more than it can possibly obtain, Europa Report wants to stand on its scientific laurels, but falls more than it rises due to its lack of dramatic tension. Every time I started getting invested in the characters there were long periods of scientific exposition to weigh down the film.

There are some terrific performances here, but nothing to write home about. It definitely has some tense moments, but Europa Report isn't entertaining enough to keep you interested.
