I have mixed feelings about this movie. Unlike most movies that have things that are incredibly annoying, this actually has more of a plot and substance and closely models, in many ways, 2001: A Space Odyssey.

In a lot of ways, it's better than Gravity was, simply by not being so over the top anti-physics. It's not a grandiose movie and don't live up to 2001. But the acting is good, the plot is good and is reasonably realistic.

I think it's worth seeing, because it is NOT a typical sci-fi action adventure blockbuster. In many ways, it comes across as a 70s-80s film, before everything had to explode and plots had to be entirely predictable.
