Does an admirable job of building tension and hitting all the right sci-fi notes, but almost waits too long for that tension to payoff, building to a threat reveal that simply doesn't make a lot of sense in the context of the film (I can't get too much into it without being spoilery).

Overall, well-acted and well-scripted, though, and the mockumentary format isn't abused to the point of excess or self-indulgence.
