It is absolutely not your typical Marvel movie. But I think that actually ends up being its biggest strength. The movie doesn't feel long despite its running time, he does a very good job balancing the stories of a large cast, modulating between humor and heavier emotions, and jumping around chronologically.
Nothing felt gratuitous.
