Review of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) by Charlotte S — 18 Nov 2012

This movie made me believe in true love. That it is possible to find a soul mate. Even if both people still have a lot of life yet to experience, fate is what brings two people together again... Even if things annoy yu, hurt yu, or condradict your feelings about a soul mate, yu can not deny the truth.

This is Kate Winslet's best performance ever, and I have to say she is my favourite actress. Iris was good, but her suttle driven show case here is right on the mark.

Jim Carrey is what makes the film though, and I have only the upmost respect for his work in this film. He really lived this role.

To love someone so deeply as these two characters did is what I want out of life. If I'm lucky enough to ever find it. Or, maybe I have...
