Review of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) by Paul H — 06 Sep 2013

A very interesting, intense and thought provoking movie. The way that the movie was presented was very peculiar and non-linear, but it turned out to be an insight into the memories and thoughts of the characters.

I dispute the labels of romantic and comedy as it found it to be neither, though I struggle to find a proper description for it. I think that part of my enjoyment came from the theme that we are a product of our experiences and memories, both good and bad, and to chance our memories is to change who we are.
